When Covid pandemic hit it become obvious that we were destinated to stay in our houses.

Innovation become at the order of the day

So people had to work from their homes, and remote working become casual.

Remote working enables people to work from different cities of the world, and these made countries develop faster their digital nomad’s policies, like visas.

Remote working is a perfect opportunity both for employees and employers, but many people don´t have it clear.

Is remote away? How can I trust 100% my employees?

Many employers have their reasons to make employees return to the offices.

This phenomenon has acceptance in my country as well.

Or they have some mixed environment because as you remember covid hasn’t gone yet.

To be fair it become normal again, in my country we have 4000 cases.

Anyways returning to the topic, what I am trying to say is that not many business will have the idea of remote working forever, so when I get to the job market I will need to adapt.

Of course there is the idea of just switch to a full remote company.

But a lot of the international companies had their modus operands, and will not be so easy to change.

As an employee I have a decision

Of course everyone of us can have a decision.

But we all have wishes, sometimes we need to adapt to some old practices.

I hope it doesn’t happen to me, but maybe it could.
